We offer a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:
It must be in the same condition as received.
Unworn/unused, with all original tags.
Returned in the original packaging.
Must include the receipt or proof of purchase.
Mandatory Proof Required
To process any return or refund request, customers must provide:
A 360° unboxing video showing:
The package from all sides before opening
The complete unboxing process
A clear video demonstrating the issue, including:
The product not functioning as expected
Proof that the item remains non-functional even after charging or following the provided instructions
These videos help us verify the condition of the product and speed up the approval process. Requests without the required video proof cannot be accepted.
How to Start a Return

If your return is approved:
We will provide a return shipping label.
You will receive instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, contact us within 24 hours of delivery at hostwellstore@gmail.com, along with the required video proof, so we can evaluate the issue and assist you promptly.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
